1. Return Policy

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition.

2. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, email us with your order number and a photo. We will work towards a satisfactory solution.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Email us to start the exchange process.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed within a certain number of days.

5. Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods.
